Meetings will be from 18:30 to 20:30 in the following dates.

Practical bits
Cost: € 10 if employed and €5 if unemployed or on low income or a student. Email me know if this applies to you. Payable in cash on the day or via bank transfer.
Where: Turquoise Gallery, Lange Achterweg 44, 3111 JK
You don’t need to bring anything with you. There will be light refreshments tea/coffee, water and a healthy snack.
Please come a few minutes before so we can start by 18:30.
If you are coming please let me know by emailing me at iridaa11@gmail.com as this helps me prepare.

Unfortunately my Dutch is not yet good enough to have these meetings in Dutch and so if your English is not that good but you really want to come, I encourage you to try and see how it is for you.
If you are interested in being part of the women’s circle but cannot attend on these dates or live too far, get in touch. I am putting together an online group that you might want to join.
What to expect:
We meet and have tea together and share how we are and where we are in out menstrual/moon cycle. The conversations are open, flowing, gentle and each sharing ignites something in another person and so on.
We make space for some yoga or moving to music or simply shaking things off with gentle movement before we sit for the next activity.
The following activity is the part that we drop deeper into our being through either inner guided work using the imagination and sometimes painting and other times poetry, space for deeply felt sharing, stories and whatever is in the space. By the end we all end up feeling nourished and softened.
Come and bring your voice and yourself into the circle!
